Mantra
Mantras are Sanskrit phrases and they provide
better results if chanted in a proper manner. The procedure of chanting
of mantras may be sitting, standing, or walking. The best effects are
gained when the chanting is done softly and gently. The chanting of
mantra should be smooth and repeated. The rate of speed for chanting of
mantras depends upon person to person it may be quick or slow as
desired. Each mantra has designated with proper number of times it must
be repeated. Chanting of mantras is done through the bead to keep track
of the number of repetitions. The beads for chanting could be
"Rudrakshas" or "Tulsi" Beads. A string of 108 beads is used for the
counting, and one bead is slightly protruded from the others so one
knows when the mantra has been chanted 108 times, is called as one mala.
SUN

MERCURY
Mercury governs nerves, air, cells, tongue, breath and the nervous

MARS
Mars controls the muscular system of human body. It also rules over
nose, forehead, and to some extend the circulatory system. When the Mars

of the diseases related to the blood.
